Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ITBSV Arkadiusz Jakubowski, Tax ID (NIP) 8841236774, ul. Dzielna 11/42, 01-023 Warsaw, Poland. For any matters concerning your personal data, write to: rodo@itbsv.com

What data we collect

Your email address, the ways you want to use ReFaber (e.g. individual, organisation), the page language, and the version and date of your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to notify you about the launch of the ReFaber platform, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot notify you.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Once you withdraw consent, we will delete your data.

How long we keep your data

Until the launch of the ReFaber platform and for no longer than 12 months afterwards. If you withdraw consent earlier, we will delete your data earlier.

Who processes data on our behalf

Google, the provider of Firebase and Google Cloud services: website hosting, the database (data stored in Warsaw) and reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area (in the USA), based on the European Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Protecting the form against bots

When you start filling in the form, the page loads Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which assesses whether the form is being filled in by a human. For this purpose Google collects information about your device and browser (including your IP address and how you interact with the page). The result is used only to block automated sign-ups — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you only read the page, reCAPTCHA is not loaded. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set its own cookies – the language comes from the page address (e.g. /en/). Once you start filling in the form, a short-lived security token is stored in your browser, and reCAPTCHA may set its own Google cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl). We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile you.
